The "Game Controllers Connect - app" not only allows to connect a PS3 controller with an Android tablet or smartphone to gamble games with Game Controller support but can use any USB controller. So it is usually not a problem, games like NOVA 3 or to gamble Wildblood with gamepad. All that you need is to add a USB controller, an Android device and the "Game Controllers Connect - App." There is NO ROOT needed.
Now to connect your controller to your Android device, OTG cable to the controller must be connected and plugged into your Android device. There is only one way: Via USB, provided that your Android device supports it! Now you must only into the device settings of your Android device and under "Language & input" input method "PadKey" Enable. Is located directly next to the "Settings" button what you can adjust the app.

IMPORTANT: Some Android devices can cause the USB controller problems because the controller to get little power. Remedy can create a USB hub with external power supply. Blame a software update is choking off the current.
